Campbell Supply Company, LLC. would like to congratulate the East Orange Fire Department for the new delivery of Engine 5, the first American LaFrance Liberty Pumper in the State of New Jersey.
Engine 5 is an American LaFrance 6 man Custom Liberty Cab with a 10” raised roof. It’s powered by a Cummins ISL Engine which produces 400 horses. Engine 5 has the Allison 3000 EVS heavy duty transmission. The pumper contains a Hale single stage pump with a 1500 gpm capacity. The other features include:

The East Orange Fire Department was founded in 1904. They have a response area of over 3.9 square miles and field an average of 5600 calls per year. The company is comprised of 5 Pumpers, 2 Ladders and a Heavy Rescue. Some of the infrastructure the East Orange Fire Department protects includes: Route 280, Garden State Parkway, Veterans Admin. Hospital Complex, and the NJ Transit rail line.
