Campbell Supply Co., LLC announced today that they will be closing their Deer Park, NY facility within the next 30 days. Campbell Supply has provided quality fire apparatus sales and service to the Long Island Fire and Rescue Community for over 15 years and would like to thank all the fire departments for their loyalty through those years. Although American LaFrance has emerged from bankruptcy, the process has made it difficult for Campbell Supply to keep on track with vehicle sales and support in Long Island. Two leaders in commercial transportation have new plans to work together to develop, manufacture and support low cab-over engine (LCOE) vocational trucks.

American LaFrance Announced a Major Re-Organization of its Business
SUMMERVILLE, SC July 11, 2008 - American LaFrance today announced a major re-organization of its business. The re-organization includes the creation of a new Fire Business Unit headed by Jim Eshleman, newly promoted to Vice President Under Eshleman, American LaFrance fire truck production will be consolidated in the company's existing plants in Ephrata, Pennsylvania and Hamburg, New York. CREDITORS BACK AMERICAN LAFRANCE PLAN OF REORGANIZATION
COURT CONFIRMATION HEARING SET FOR MAY 22, 2008


SUMMERVILLE, SC April 30, 2008 – American LaFrance, LLC, a leading manufacturer of fire truck and vocational vehicles, announced today that creditors voted overwhelmingly in favor of the Company’s Plan of Reorganization (“the Plan”).

Over 86% of the General Unsecured creditors, Class 4, voted in favor of the Plan. In addition, 100% of the Convenience class, Class 5, approved the plan as did all of the Secured Lenders, Class 1. Paving the way for the Company’s rapid emergence from bankruptcy, the bankruptcy court will review the votes and final plan at the Confirmation Hearing scheduled for May 22, 2008.

AMERICAN LAFRANCE RECEIVES COURT APPROVAL OF DISCLOSURE STATEMENT SECURES SUPPORT FROM OFFICIAL UNSECURED CREDITORS COMMITTEE

SUMMERVILLE, SC March 27, 2008 – American LaFrance, LLC (the “Company” or “ALF”), a leading manufacturer of fire truck and vocational vehicles, announced today that Judge Shannon has approved ALF’s Disclosure Statement to accompany the Debtor’s Plan of Reorganization (“Plan”). Questions & Answers concerning the Bankruptcy
American LaFrance, LLC (the “Company”) has received approval from the bankruptcy court to send out the Disclosure Statement to accompany the Plan of Reorganization (“Plan”) for a vote from the creditors. The ballot deadline is April 18 and the Judge has set the Company to emerge from Bankruptcy on April 29 (the Company filed on Jan 28th – 90 days).

Additionally, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (“Committee”) is supporting the Plan and withdrawing its motion to appoint a Trustee.

The Company is very pleased to have gone through this phase of its 175 year old history in 90 days. In that 90 days, 6 of 10 facilities have been closed or vacated, 50% of overhead has been reduced, cycle time has dramatically improved, and the hours to produce most of its trucks has been cut in half. . As we continue down the path of improvement I wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the positive activities taking place at American LaFrance.



We are at this time in the process of bringing back our shop workforce that had been furloughed and returning staffing to our pre-petition levels. The gradual ramp up of our direct labor force signals clearly we are successfully working through supplier parts challenges. We still face obstacles as it relates to the supplier base but we are now able to make timely payments with our improved Accounts Payable system to keep component parts flowing. We have had several successful runs of our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system and are confident that combined with our full inventory we took in January now can accurately balance our parts needs with what is actually on hand, to drive correct demand.

American LaFrance, LLC, Provides Update on Inaccurate Media Reports
SUMMERVILLE, S.C., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- American LaFrance, LLC (the "Company" or "ALF") announced yesterday that it has filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the U.S. bankruptcy code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

"After the filing, media reports were written with many inaccuracies and we want to make sure the story was fully understood," said Lynn Tilton, CEO of Patriarch Partners, the manager of the fund that purchased American LaFrance in 2005.

The Company announced that it will request approval of $50 million in debtor-in-possession financing from its pre-bankruptcy lenders. The Company will continue to operate its manufacturing facilities and provide repair services as a debtor-in-possession.
