| Wheeled Coach Ambulance Service Training |

On November 6th and 7th I attended the Wheeled Coach Ambulance service center training seminar held at the Wheeled Coach manufacturing facility in Winter Park, Florida. Day one of the class focused on diagnostic testing and repair. We took an extensive plant tour of the manufacturing, electrical and the paint and body departments. We were able to see how and where the specific components are assembled and installed in the rigs before the interior and trim are installed. Day two of the seminar we finished up the tour of the chassis modification area, main body prep and interior and cabinet departments. The afternoon had us learning the warranty and parts ordering systems.
Over all it is plain to see why Wheeled Coach is the leader in ambulance. The commitment to quality and service was clearly evident in each and every employee we met.
