| Spartan Chassis Service Training |

On June 15th thru the 19th I attended the Spartan Chassis service training school. Since becoming a Crimson Fire Apparatus dealer and because Crimson is owned by Spartan Chassis, this school was important to go to as we learned about the new products we are selling and servicing. Each instructor kept the class interesting, making the classes all hands on. Classes ranged from std and multiplex chassis electrical systems, air conditioning, chassis hydraulics as well as reviewing the warranty procedures. There was even a section where we covered the motor home chassis components and functions.
We were given a plant tour of the Spartan assembly facility and to see how the trucks are manufactured was very beneficial. We got a chance to see where and how the major components are assembled before all of the body work is installed. The commitment to quality and service was clearly evident in each and every employee we met. It is no wonder why Campbell Supply has aligned itself with Spartan Chassis and Crimson Fire; we both stand for the same principles, Quality Products and Quality Customer Service.
